6. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are as specified in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convertvia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law
